1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using One Deva Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the platform
One Deva Portal provides a marketplace connecting spiritual and holistic practitioners with seekers. We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services directly. All services are provided by independent practitioners.
3. Practitioner responsibilities
Practitioners are solely responsible for the services they provide, their qualifications and credentials, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining appropriate insurance where required.
4. Seeker responsibilities
Seekers acknowledge that holistic and spiritual services are not substitutes for professional medical or mental health treatment. Seekers are responsible for evaluating practitioners and making informed decisions about their own wellbeing.
5. Payments and fees
One Deva Portal charges practitioners a platform fee on completed bookings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual practitioners and displayed on their profiles.
6. Prohibited conduct
Users may not use the platform to engage in illegal activities, harass or harm other users, post false or misleading information, circumvent our payment system, or violate any applicable laws.
7. Limitation of liability
One Deva Portal is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by practitioners, or for any disputes between practitioners and seekers. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
