1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, profile details), information generated through your use of our platform (bookings, messages, reviews), and technical information (device, browser, IP address) collected automatically.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the platform, match seekers with practitioners, process payments, send service-related communications, improve our matching tools, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Google user data and calendar access
If you choose to connect a Google Calendar, One Deva Portal requests read access to your calendars (calendar.readonly) and permission to create and manage events (calendar.events). We use this access for exactly two purposes: to read your existing busy times so seekers are never offered a slot when you are unavailable, and to write confirmed One Deva bookings into the calendar you select. We store only the access and refresh tokens needed to maintain that connection, along with the identifier and name of the calendar you choose. We do not read, store or index the contents of your personal events. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, never used to train any model, and never transferred to third parties except as required to provide this feature or by law. You can disconnect at any time from Availability and calendar sync in your practitioner dashboard, which deletes the stored tokens, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. One Deva Portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Information sharing
We share your information with practitioners or seekers as necessary to facilitate bookings, with payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions, with service providers who assist our operations, and with law enforcement when required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@onedeva.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; opt out of marketing communications; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the platform and optional analytics cookies to understand how our service is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
