Ayurvedic Initial Consultation

The initial consultation begins with a complete health and wellness evaluation utilizing Ayurvedic diagnostic tools. During the course of the session, questions regarding health, diet and lifestyle choices will be asked. Following the session, an individualized treatment protocol will be provided, which includes an herbal plan, dietary guidelines, food lists, lifestyle advice and body treatment recommendations from an Ayurvedic perspective. A follow-up consultation is recommended about 3-4 weeks after starting the protocol.
